I emailed an REO listing agent about a property they have and requested a showing. This is HUGE for me.
I don't have financing set up if I want to make an offer, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to look at it, for crying out loud. LOL
It's time to get the ball rolling!

ReplyDeleteIf you're looking to wholesale, you don't need financing. Go get a proof of funds letter and you're good to go.

ReplyDeleteThe proof of funds letter is a bit tricky for me, as I don't qualify with an HML, because of credit issues. I'm thinking of using the Coastal Funding letter, but didn't want to run into any problems with it. I'll have to keep brainstorming. lol
