30 days to the first deal

Well, we've begun the countdown! My goal is 30 days to get my first deal. I won't be able to get my marketing materials until Friday at the earliest, because that is when we are expecting our tax refund, so it will be 30 days from Friday. At that point, I'll be heading to the courthouse to look up probate files for potential deals. I will also be checking the pre-foreclosure listings online for the court as well.
